2008-2010 CE Due by December 31st
ATs who have a certification expiration date of December 31,
2010, must report their CE by that date. The quickest and easiest
way to submit CE is through the BOC website. Log in to BOC
Central™ to enter and track your CE.
If you have not completed your CE report for the current reporting
period, you can review your “Continuing Education Reporting
Form” (AT 2. 3) in the “New Forms” tab of BOC Central™. If you
have submitted your final CE report, you can view AT 2. 3 in the
“Completed Forms” tab.
• Log in to BOC Central™
• Click “Enter/Report CE Activities” in the “Forms” section
• Select “Continuing Education Reporting Form” (which can
be found in the “New Forms” tab if incomplete or in the
“Completed Forms” tab if complete)
Please note that there is a $25 processing fee for all paper
submissions processed by the BOC, and the BOC requests paper
CE submissions be postmarked by December 1st of the reporting
year to allow time for processing by the December 31st deadline.
There is no cost to use BOC Central™.

Are you keeping your documentation?
Please be advised that all original CE documentation, including
current and expired ECC cards (i.e., CPR cards), should be
retained for at least 1 year after the completion of the reporting
period and submitted if you are selected for audit.

2010 CE Incentives
Do you have CE Due by 12/31/2010?
Begin recording your CE activities now because the BOC plans to
give prizes to 2 lucky ATs who complete their CE reporting early.
If an AT reports his/her CE by the end of November for the
2008-2010 reporting period, he/she will be eligible for a prize
drawing to be held in December. More details about the prizes
will be listed in the fall 2010 Certification Update.
Each AT who reports by the end of November will also receive
his/her new certification card by the end of the year (before it
expires) provided that his/her 2010 certification fee has been
paid*. Remember, you can log your CEUs in BOC Central™ as
you earn them.

An invoice for the current certification year will be mailed to your
current address on record in October, and you will have the option
to mail your payment or pay via BOC Central™.
