April 2012-February 2013 Exam Survey Results
After each BOC exam, candidates are presented with 10
survey questions regarding their exam experience with the
BOC and Castle Worldwide, the BOC’s testing provider.
These surveys are reviewed and analyzed by the BOC so
that we can improve our products and customer service.
As a result of the survey responses, the following changes
have been made:
•;The BOC Exam Calendar has been replaced with Exam
Deadlines. Important dates for upcoming exam windows

are listed in a chart, instead of on a calendar, with color-coding and symbols.
•;The timeframe for when candidates apply, register and
schedule the BOC exam has been shortened.
•;The exam fee of $375 was eliminated. The exam fee for
everyone is $300, including first-timers and retakes.
