After each BOC exam, candidates are presented with 11
survey questions regarding their exam experience with the
BOC and Castle, the BOC’s testing provider. These surveys
are reviewed and analyzed by the BOC to determine trends
so that we can improve our products and customer service.
As a result of the survey responses, the BOC has created a
two-part video that is posted on You Tube and on the BOC
•;Part 1: Review of Candidate Section reviews the
Candidate Section of the BOC website to include:
o Candidate Handbook
o Exam Deadlines
o Exam Preparation Tools
•;Part 2: Creating a Profile for BOC Exam walks
candidates and Program Directors through the entire
application, registration and scheduling of the exam.

how we can provide better service, quality and products to
